PowerCurtain's Customer Service function is to always convey a passion for the customer and to consistently deliver the best possible service experience.



Shipping & Delivery

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live. Standard shipping is done via all major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), and DHL. Unless an overnight priority delivery method is chosen, please allow up to 3 days for warehouse processing. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is up to 7 to 10 business days within the 48 continental U.S., based on your location. International orders can take longer time, depending on the Country of destination.

Shipping and processing charges for all items is based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee. We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to PO Box address.

Some heavy and/or oversized items will be shipped by Freight Curbside Delivery using air-ride trucks to guarantee the least possible breakage. This is a dependable and economical service with deliveries being made Monday thru Friday during business hours. Deliveries are scheduled in a 4-hour time window and a freight company representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery lead time is 3-5 days from the shipment date. Freight Curbside Delivery covers delivery to your curbside only. Please note that extra charges may apply to remote areas and for complicated deliveries.

Express delivery by Overnight, 2nd-Day, or 3rd-Day service is available on some orders for an additional charge. If an item is can be shipped by one of these methods, you will see the options listed in your shopping cart. Next Day (Overnight) Shipping orders received by 1 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday thru Friday for delivery the next business day. Orders received after 1 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products. Please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee. Estimates apply only to shipments made to the 48 continental U.S. states.

Returns & Replacements

PowerCurtain allows for a return of any product purchased within 30 days of receipt of the product, as long as no modifications and/or size adjustment have been made to the original product and as long as it is still in the same original packaging as it was received in. 15% restocking fee will be charged for any of the returned items. Shipping charges for the returned item(s) is buyer's responsibility. Returns for custom made orders, specially curved and/or bent to shape curtain tracks or adjusted to customer's specified length are not permitted.

PowerCurtain guarantees all products manufactured in our facility to be free from defectives due to workmanship or materials.We are so confident about our quality and dependability that we guarantee our Curtain Track with 5 years warranty. The Motor, Green Belt inside the Track, Remote Control and Power Adapter with 3 years warranty. This guarantee does not apply to parts which fail due to abuse, accident, theft, alterations, weather issue (such as lightning, rain, etc.), physical damage, and improper use or installation.

For claims covered by the warranty, PowerCurtain will replace or repair any product found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials. Shipping charges, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation and/or removal of old or current products are excluded.



Use the drop-down list to select a product category from which you would like to purchase from. This will take you to all the items listed under that product category. You may also search by individual product code or name.

Review the item(s), their descriptions and their prices. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, indicate the quantity and simply add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button labeled "Add to Cart."

Once you have added an item to your cart, the screen will show you the contents of your cart, including the title, quantity and subtotal cost. At this point, you may continue to shop searching by category or product code, cancel the order, or continue to the "Check Out" to complete your purchase. If you would like to change the quantity at this point, you may do so and click on the "Recalculate" button to see your new subtotal cost.

The first thing you will do when checking out is enter your email address. This allows the PowerCurtain shopping cart system to identify you on subsequent purchases so you don't need to continually re-enter your shipping information. If you are a returning PowerCurtain customer, you must enter your username and password, so that your stored customer information can be assessed and retrieved.

The next two screens will request that you provide personal, shipment and payment information to complete the transaction. You must provide all of the data required to complete the transaction. Please read all information carefully and check to see that the information you entered is correct. You can not use the "Back" button on your browser once you've passed the first page of the order form area. If you do, you'll receive a "Page has Expired" error message and you'll need to re-enter the Publications Store (your cart will have been saved) and go through the "Check Out" process again.

At the end of this form, you will see two final buttons. One allows you to process or submit the order and the other to cancel it. Select submit order button and click on it only one time.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We Accept Payment via Major Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.

What is SSL?
SSL is short for Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed by Netscape for transmission of private and sensitive materials via the Internet. SSL uses a cryptographic system that utilizes two keys to encrypt data - a public key known to everyone and a private key known only to the recipient of the message.

Declined Payments:
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:
General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

Sales tax of 8.375% will be added to purchased items shipped within the state of New York and 8.25% will be added to purchased items shipped within the state of California.

Viewing Orders

To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of PowerCurtain website portal. You can see the My Account link at the top right of any page. You can see your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".

Use Order History to review your most recent orders. The most recent order is at the top of the list, showing the top five items in the invoice. Search options include search by invoice number, order date, type of order, item number, or order status.

Order Status Options include:
Active: The order has been placed, but not yet shipped.
Shipped: The order has shipped from our Service Centers.
Orders with Returns: A returned item was processed against this order.
Pending: The order is pending further action. Contact Customer Service.
Locked: The order is under review. Contact Customer Service.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

Advanced View Options let you see back-ordered or advance-ordered items, which will be flagged on the invoice. Invoices that can be edited will have an icon allowing you to make changes from the Order Details page.

Invoice Details shows you the invoice order number, payment details, products ordered, and status of those products.

Shipping and Delivery Information shows how the order shipped and the tracking ID number, if available. For further assistance, please Contact Us.


Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page).

Select "Account Information" link at the top left corner of the page to change your First Name, Last Name or your Email Address. Select "Change Password" checkbox below in order to change your login password.

To update your billing and shipping address, please select "Address Book" link on the left navigation panel, located just below the "Account Information" link.
